I've tried to speak Russian but I can't. (I can read some words)

You don't need to care so much about the Grammar because in fact people don't really have time for
Grammar correction, you think?
Ok... personally I study in English Program at school. So I experience a lot of accents and learn so much about English. But for you, you can improve your skills by watching English Tv series or even some movies. That would help you a lot. Basically, just starting with watching movies/tv series with Thai subtitles. You should focus on it and try to listen and interpret what the actors are speaking.

I also read books. You can start with something like child books, then move on to something more advanced like Classical Literature ETC. I hope my comment will guide and help you somehow.
Or you can talk to native speakers even your English teachers and your friends. :)
