So, sorry i don't know where i can post my question.
I can't speak english very well cuz i live in non-English-speaking country. So Please understand my poor english.T-T
I want download contents. but i have some problems about that.
ZIP file is not opened.
I tried to open the file using various utils(alzip, winzip, 7-zip, winrar...), but it wasn't possible.
I wonder what program you use to extract the file and why an error occurred on my file.
If you can speak english, plz answer my question. Thank U.

I understand u cuz I ever fell in this situation, but my English is poor too haha+.....Have u tried to download again? because while u r downloading the content, your internet connection has a problem or stuck, so this site will appear that your download is finished but it isn't...so I suggest u to download again. Hopefully this can help u :)
- All the files that u downloaded can not open?? or some file??

Try download it again, the file can be broken.
Or try rename your file. I'm not sure will this works(and how) but #16 had said, I know it can work but don't know how .
