สาเหตุ

- เลือกใช้ Patch อัพเดทผิด region อ่านต่อเกี่ยวกับข้อมลนี้ http://www.thaithesims3.com/topic.php?topic=33724

แนวทางแก้ไข

- เลือกใช้ Patch อัพเดทที่ถูกต้อง และ ใช้ region ที่ตรงกับภาคหลัก

Region Codes - รหัสพื้นที่ของแพท

รหัสแพทที่ลงท้ายด้วย 001 สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานภาษาอังกฤษ
รหัสแพทที่ลงท้ายด้วย 002 สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานภาษาทั่วโลก
รหัสแพทที่ลงท้ายด้วย 003 สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานภาษาในเอเชีย
รหัสแพทที่ลงท้ายด้วย 005 สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานภาษาในญี่ปุ่น
รหัสแพทที่ลงท้ายด้วย 007 สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน Digital download


การดูรุ่นแพทของภาคอื่นๆ

- เอาเมาส์ไปวางที่ไอคอนภาคหลัก

สำหรับภาคหลัก

1. ไปที่ Finder > Applications > The Sims 3
2. คลิกขวาที่ไฟล์ The Sims 3 แล้วเลือก Show Package Contents
3. หน้าต่าง Finder ใหม่จะเปิดขึ้นมา
4. เปิดโฟลเดอร์ Contents และเปิดไฟล์ Info.plist (นี่จะเปิดอ่านอัตโนมัติด้วย TextEdit)

สำหรับภาคเสริมและชุดไอเท็มเสริม (EP & SP)

1. เปิดโฟลเดอร์ Contents > Resources > AddOns
2. คลิกขวาเลือก Show Package Contents
3. เปิดโฟลเดอร์ Contents และเปิดไฟล์ Info.plist
